We also flag any pre-existing wear we find during the inspection separately from new storm damage, since insurers distinguish between the two.
Hail and wind damage isn't always visible from the driveway — our Storm Damage Roof Repair inspections check every slope, not just what's easy to see.
Our Storm Damage Roof Repair reports note both storm damage and any pre-existing wear separately, which adjusters appreciate.
Full insurance and licensing documentation available on request.
Post-storm call volume spikes fast — our Rockwell crews prioritize active leaks first, then work through the queue.
No verbal-only pricing, ever, even during high storm-season demand.
Photo reports are formatted to match how Rockwell, IA insurance adjusters typically review storm claims.
Most storm-related Storm Damage Roof Repair visits combine two or three of these elements in a single inspection.
Hail damage often shows as bruised or missing granules rather than obvious cracks, and it's easy to miss from the ground.
We check shingle tabs and seal lines across the whole roof, not just the visibly missing sections.
Tree limbs and wind-blown debris can crack decking as well as shingles, so we check underneath the surface damage too.
Proper documentation before you file can make the difference between a fast approval and a drawn-out dispute.
Once damage is documented, we move to repair — targeted fixes for isolated damage, full sections where needed.
We check gutters and downspouts alongside the roof, since storm damage rarely stops at the roofline.
Storm damage assessments move a little slower than a routine repair call, since documentation quality matters for your claim.
Technicians check every slope, not just the side most visibly affected by the storm.
You receive a written damage report and repair estimate, formatted for insurance claim purposes if needed.
We follow up to make sure the repair holds through the next storm season.
